Barangay Clearance

Required for employment, business permits, and other legal transactions.

  • Valid Government-issued ID
  • Proof of Residency (if first time)
  • Accomplished Request Form
  • 1 pc. 1x1 ID Photo (for new applicants)

Process

  • Submit requirements at the barangay hall
  • Pay the required fee at the treasurer
  • Wait for document preparation
  • Receive and sign the clearance

Certificate of Indigency

Issued to qualifying residents for access to government assistance programs.

  • Low-income resident of Barangay Tabid

Barangay Blotter / Incident Report

Official recording of complaints, incidents, and community disputes.

Important Notes

  • Blotter is not a criminal complaint
  • For criminal cases, report to the police
  • All parties may be summoned for mediation

Mediation & Dispute Settlement

Barangay-level mediation for community conflicts through the Lupong Tagapamayapa.
